Work the Floor With Us

Scratch & Co. is a neighborhood restaurant. We cook from scratch, buy close to home, and run a small team that covers for each other. We're hiring for the front of house: hosts, back servers, servers, and bartenders.

What we need

• Saturday and Sunday availability, AM and PM.

• Cross-trained people get priority. If you can host one shift and back-serve the next, or work both the floor and the bar, tell us. On a small team, the people who can step into any spot are the ones we build around.

• An interest in where the food and drink comes from. We'll teach you all about our farm partners, ferments, cocktails and wine lists. Just bring your curiosity.

• Pay: Hosts earn $20/hr flat. Servers, back servers and bartenders earn an hourly wage plus a share of our points-based tip pool, and everyone in the pool earns full points at brunch.
